Q2) Do we have to be a certain size for TAP APP?
Not at all! TAP APP works with clients of all sizes - our technology is designed to scale up and down. We can also help you grow by attracting new clients and better serving your existing clients - which can only help to increase takings and your reputation! Win Win!

Q4) How much does it cost?
Nothing (if it does nothing for you)! We only take a fee for transactions you receive through our app!
Q5) Is it easy to use?
Oh yes! Don't worry our app is designed to be intuitive and easy to use for both guests and venues! We also provide training in person or online should you require it! Remember TAP APP allows you to reach new clients and maximise current clients- so it’s worth investing a little time!
Q6) How does this work with my existing EPOS?
Everything sold through TAP APP can be reconciled at the end of the day through our in-built reporting and input into your EPOS as a separate payment method. Once reconciled, your stock systems will be automatically updated!
Q7) Won't this make my staff redundant?
Quite the opposite. TAP APP has the potential to increase your order take and necessitate new serving staff. Your staff will spend less time taking orders and payments and more time delivering great customer service which is better for everyone!
Q8) How important is this for my business?
