By using Tapapp you agree to these rules. As our customer, you are responsible for ensuring your users follow them.

2. Permitted use

You may use Tapapp to run your own workforce operations, including: scheduling jobs and shifts, staff check-in and check-out including QR and location-based check-in, digital checklists and forms, photo and evidence capture, and client and operational reporting.

Data and access misuse

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate notice in place for any monitoring of your staff through the platform.

4. Your content

You are responsible for all content you and your users upload, including photos, forms, and records. You confirm that you have the right to upload it and that it does not breach this policy.

We do not routinely monitor your content. We may review or remove content where we reasonably believe it breaches this policy or the law.

5. Reporting misuse

We will act proportionately. For serious breaches, including security attacks or unlawful content, we may suspend access immediately and without prior notice.
